Android Central Question

Have a Samsung Galaxy, but NFC keeps turning on after I shut it off. Bluetooth is off. But also when Bluetooth is off other devices are still connecting.i have not downloaded Samsung pay. But when I search Samsung pay or pass in settings. It is there but cannot take it off or stop it from eorkinh. What do I do? I know androids are easy to hack into. The thing is I have factory reset so many times. What do I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Which Samsung Galaxy phone?

Androids are not easy to hack into, unless the user is very careless and ignores basic security measures. Review the following:

do you use google pay or Wallet? or any other mobile payments. Samsung pay does not require nfc turned on to be used so that is not the problem especially since you said it was not installed.

as far as bluetooth turning on, that is actually a common problem. You can find more info about this with a simple online search,.

My only suggestion is to wipe system cache. You get howtos on this just by searching wipe system cache (full name of the device)
