I have stock Android on a Galaxy Nexus. I want to buy a Nexus 5.

I won't buy the Nexus 5 yet because I may need to buy a phone which switches to WiFi for incoming calls when there is no cell reception. I am on TMobile. If I were to buy an HTC One I can enable a call setting which allows calls to my cell number to come in via Wifi. TMobile is offering the Nexus 5 but not with this WiFi incoming call option.

I can not find a way to use a stock Android Phone and have an incoming call to a TMobile number come via WiFi. I have searched.

PLEASE HELP.

Have you looked at a Voice over Internet app in Play? Type VoIP (Voice over Internet Provider) and you should get some options.

First rule in cellphones - choose a carrier that has solid (cellular) coverage in the areas in which you need coverage. Evidently you didn't.

Now find a carrier that gives you food coverage in your home (and your office, I presume). Even if you have a contract with T-Mobile, you may be able to get out of it since they can't provide the coverage they contracted to give you.
