sorry if this is not the best forum for this topic.,
I've (sadly) got an 18 month old motorola xt910 razr under Optus in Australia. Latest non-cracked updated which is 4.1.2.
Needs charging three times a day and is REALLY SLOW to respond to screen, answer phone, or even make a call.
Motorola support worse than hopeless. Don't answer emails, their forums, and phone support know NOTHING except to say "Factory Reset"
Reason I've put this off for almost twelve months (gosh, why have I stuck at it for so long?) is I want to be able to backup apps and app data and all settings.
Can't see to find a backup package that will do that without rooting / cracking the phone.
Is there a backup app that will backup / restore all apps + data + settings on this non-rooted phone?
