OK Google commands to open apps is wiping out my "Recently Used Apps" (soft button)!

And Recently Used Apps stays wiped out blank ("No Recently Used Apps"). Until I uninstall "G"...the Google app. Then they reappear! If i "Restart" the tablet (a 2015 samsung galaxy Tab S $450) this also works to restore Recently Used Apps. But then the next time i give a verbal command to OK Google to open/close an app it wipes it clean. Very annoying. Just started mid July 2016. Computer is one year old.

Im having the same issue on galaxy s7 edge. I didn't even think to contribute it to google. Just knew it was happening more often and reset was the only fix.

Same problem here (Galaxy S7 (exynos)). Rebooting phone fixes it until I start using the "OK Google" command again. Really weird :/

Sounds like a ok Google issue. Make sure to report it via play store or Google support page.
