One click root question

I am thinking about using the one click root for my phone but had a few questions. I only wanna root so I can use the wireless tether. If I do root does that mean when I get a update from verizon it won't come thru or install?

I asked the similar question yesterday and was informed that the ota will not come through. You will need to unroot it first. Unrooting process is easy, check it out on YouTube.
