That is when Samsung starts rolling out the updates. It rolls out regionally for the unlocked devices. The carriers devices will be updated according to the respective carriers' timeline. I'm with Verizon, so I should expect getting updated within two weeks of Samsung releasing it.

UPDATE 2023Nov23: As of Thanksgiving Day, still nothing for the T-Mobile variant S22 Ultra. Last OTA update it got came through on October 9th.
