Android Central Question
I have 2 phones on a Metro Pcs plan. Both phones are less than a month old and both are LG G3's. I have a business that i have to keep in contact with on a weekly basis and i also have a boss that calls me multiple times a day. As of aprox. Noon on 5/8/18 these 2 numbers are no longer able to call me. When they try to call all it does is start beeping. I even had the one rep at the business i deal with weekly try calling me on her personal phone thinking maybe it was a problem with their phone and when she called me it just started beeping on that line too. Thinking it was a problem with my phones i had the business call to a friends phone who is also metro but he has his own plan.....beeping nothing else.... This happens anywhere i go so it doesnt matter if im on different towers and where i am. No numbers on either of my phones is blocked and i can recieve all numbers private or otherwise.... Any help would be appreciated because metro csr are clueless.
