P20 sudden battery drain

[Android Central Question]

I've had my P20 about two years. Suddenly, a couple of days ago, the battery is draining two or three times as fast as normal. I can't see any difference in how I use my phone, and have checked the battery settings, but don't see anything different than normal. I've removed a couple of apps that use a lot of the battery and have checked a couple extra things in the "optimize battery usage" section. Usually, I could fully charge my phone and it would be good for a couple of days. The past couple of days, I fully charge it in the evening, then by morning when I wake up it's at 50%, then below 10% early afternoon. Any ideas what could be going on? Thanks.
