Phone insurance

Has anyone had luck having a credit card (that offers cell phone protection) pay the submitted claim?

I know no one answered but as a follow up.... They paid it. It's a good idea to have a credit card with cell phone protection (I have a Wells Fargo Credit Card)... I just have to pay my cell phone bill with the credit card and all phones on my plan are covered. The phone cost $400 to repair and they paid all but a $25 deductible. And this is a free service with the credit card. I'm just glad when I got this phone that I remembered that service and that I use it to pay my cell phone bill.
