Ok I had a S23 Ultra financed through TMO and owed $615. I was getting a $34 monthy credit on my account and paying $16 a month. (For another 12 months). I paid off the $615. My bill "should" drop by $50 for the next 12 month
I wanted to trade my S23 Ultra for S24 Ultra. I tried to get it through Samsung for the $150 credit(I used the credit for 2 years of insurance. Insurance cost me $65.20). I also get an employee discount, because I work at a bank. Everything was fine until I tried to checkout. I'd get this error
After talking to Samsung for hours and TMO for hours and going into stores. TMO loyalty said I get the $1000 for my S23 Ultra. When I trade it in.
they said I get a $400 credit, and a $25 monthly credit for 24 month. I asked if the$400 of bills do not have to be paid. She said correct. Then I asked if I will receive a $25 a month discount for 24 months and she said yes. I miss the days when you could get the phone from Samsung.com, finance through them at 0% and have your phone plan seperate.
