Hi all. I plugged my A71 phone into my PC to wipe the cache. Done this dozens of times before without issue. My phone screen came up with a cog and a bar that said 'optimising 20%' this went off after 30 seconds.
The phone restarted and didn't recognise the SIM.
I've tried a soft reset, wiped cache, updating (already up to date) and finally a factory reset. Nothing has worked.
I haven't dropped the phone and it is always in a protective case. Any ideas?
