Coming from the Pixel XL and Pixel 2 XL, I missed wireless charging from my Samsung days before. Picked up the Samsung Wireless Charging Stand for my desk at work and it works outstanding. Nice look, great build, and works with even the thick Samsung cases.

Recommend this. I bought the 2018 model.

I’ve never used a wireless charger as I kind of thought that was silly as you still have to plug them in. How much for that one? Thanks

Ever get your phone?
It got here 25 minutes ago! I took it out of the box and put it back in the box as I’m still trying to make sure I transfer everything over correctly. I took screenshots of my note 5 and all the folder contents. That’s the worst part is getting everything back the way you like it LOL. I have smart switch already on the note 5 as I use Google and Gmail to back up pictures, apps, calendar, and contacts. I don’t think my Samsung account is on for everything do you think that matters?

There’s a speck of something either on the phone or just under the film. I hope it’s not stuck to the phone and leaving a mark as I did buy a clear case for one of my cases. I haven’t lifted the film off yet.

does anyones note 9 get hot on these chargers??

The official Samsung version I'm using has a built in fan to help combat heat.

Phones will naturally warm up when the battery is charging and as some prefer to keep their case on the phone when charging this can also hinder heat loss in my opinion.

I love Wireless Charging. It's been awhile where my last two didn't have it.

I bought the 2018 because SAMSUNG offers 30% when you buy the Note 9.

I keep a Samsung convertible wireless at my desk and acquired the duo wireless charger that came free with my Note9! The duo charger is perfect for my nightstand where I can power up my Note9 and Galaxy S3. what I like even more is that I can keep my whitestone dome clear case on the note and charge it without having to set it horizontally on the stand. resting in a vertical position on the stand it charges perfectly! I've also been happy with the battery where I dont have to place the Note9 on the charger 2-3 times a day like its predecessor 😁😎

So....some say not to get the Samsung wireless chargers and others are saying they are great. Have any of you used other brands before or just the Samsung? Thanks.

I have 3 Samsung, one being the fast charger stand, and 3 yootech Qi 7.5w chargers. Both work flawlessly with no issues. I've had several of them for years when I had my note 5.

Here is the yootech ones. Cheap and good. No ac adapter though.
