PIXEL 3 AND 3 XL Final Update

I just read that Google has released its last and final update for the Pixel 3 and 3 XL.
I'm very anxious to see if it fixes the 2 issues it broke with the Android 12 upgrade.
They were BATTERY % Icon on the Status Bar, and AT A GLANCE on the home screen.
The UPDATE hasn't reached my Pixel 3 yet.

Well that's definitely news to me... haven't heard anything else about that, but I'll never turn down bonus updates to (hopefully ) make things even better. I'm going to start checking for updates tomorrow Thanks for sharing the info

Me too. Didn't fix anything. Waste of time.

Same here... but at least it didn't break anything I factory reset after the update to 12, and my phones been problem free. So good in fact I don't want to retire it yet and start using my new Z Flip 3. I just like a good working pixel too much lol.

Thanks for the good news.
Because of a bad experience with a Factory reset with my Samsung about 5 years ago, I promised myself that I would never do another Factory reset. I was particularly upset now, because everything worked perfectly on my Pixel 3 before the upgrade to android 12, nothing should "BREAK". I felt that Google Support's advice to do "A FACTORY RESET" without any other suggestion, was a poor effort, especially
since their update BROKE IT.
I am coping with the BATTERY % ICON not working on the Status Bar, but it is very inconvenient. Since you have shared your positive experience with the RESET. I may, after reading other user's experience and advice on a RESET, just bight the bullet. My Pixel 3 is loaded with customized features and if the RESET doesn't fix my problem, I will not be happy. (TO PUT IT MILDLY}.
If I do reset, I'll post again on the results.

It's been months since Android 12's update. During that update, the battery % on the Status Bar broke and it still doesn't work. On Bootup, it reflects the correct %. During the day it does not change.
I still won't FACTORY RESET.
Since 6 months have passed, has anyone found a fix. Thanks.
