problems with Smart switch on S21 ultra - Calendar / Reminders / cvs file

Trying to use smart switch to backup phone to pc (with plenty of available space). In smart switch both calendar and reminders are greyed out and say "no Data" I have many entries in the calendar with reminders. Also I select the option to create a .cvs file as well as the native file format but I don't see any .cvs files in the backup location. Any ideas? Checked all over the web and didn't see anything. TIA.
