Receving unwanted downloads on Galaxy Tab 4. Don't know what they are, and can't stop them.

Went through ATT troubleshooting by chat. They couldn't solve it and referred me to Samsung Support. After about an hour of remote assistance, all they could do was stop ALL downloads. When I turned on downloads to get an update, the unknown downloads continued. I am running Avast anti-virus, and it runs right alongside these unwanted downloads.

Perform a Hard Reset, it might be a Virus.
