Recover files from corrupted sd card

Hi my sd card got corrupted and my phones wants me to reformat it but I have important files on it.
I tried using chkdsk but it told me it didn't work because it was RAW.
I tried using a free software to recover everything (recuva) but it didn't work because it is unable to determine the file system type.
I then used a demo of m3 data recovery which seems to work but I need to pay for the full version to recover all my data.

Any recommandation for a free way to recover my data ?

I think you're lucky to have found software that will recover the files for you in the first place, I would pay for it if the files are that important.
