The only "fix" I can find for the settings (for me) is to make a change, back out, make the change again, then reboot... One setting at a time...

Need help updating PRL

I have a Sprint Optimus S running this ROM.
I feel like my service has been crappy as of late, so I wanted to update PRL. However, when I go to "About Phone" that option (Update PRL) is gone now.
How do I update PRL while using this ROM?

You need to flash a ROM based on the stock ZVD, here is a link to post # 2183. The link is broken on the thread listed, but there is a dropbox link that works.

Thanks for the info. But how is that different than the one I am already running? I am working on updating to the newest ROM (and can certainly do that one instead) but the one I have now is the 12-21-11 build. Isn't that the same ROM, just and older version?

Okay, one more question-
When trying to flash the stockvd.zip file, it tells me "E:signature verification failed Installation Aborted."

Any help? I followed all the steps listed for installing a new ROM (the same as I would do when installing a ROM for the first time. Is there something different when flashing a stock?

You need to toggle signature check off in your recovery.

Androidmeda has been doing alot of work on the CM9 audio. He got the mic with regular headphones working on cm9. That has been back ported by adfad666 to cm7. I can't test the files right now, but here they are. xda-developers - View Single Post - Post Your CyanogenMod 7.2.0-RC1 Nightly Questions HERE!! . Backup/Rename the two files (libaudio.so and libaudiopolicy.so in /system/lib ) , and push the files to /system/lib folder.

If you are talking about nicks roaming app that allows you to force roaming, then that only works on sprint based roms.

We could! Or we could not. Let's get the new corpse/toy on the table before we start taking it apart, eh? We'll need to get the OTA, post it, test it, figure out how to root it... And then the devs can start splicing the guts into their sexy Bride of Frankenstein creations.

Zvh, zvj is all new baseband . Drew got the phone calls working . For data, we need the correct cdma switches in the build.prop plus using zvj libs and bin files. I haven't been looking, is zvj source out already?
