S10e Facebook videos 'stutter', won't play smoothly

On my S10e when I watch any Facebook video, the video pauses momentarily, then carries on. This can happen several times a minute. Often the picture and sound will be out of sync then correct itself. This doesn't happen on other videos eg YouTube.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this on the app only? What if you use the Facebook website?

What Android version is the phone running?

Try clearing the app cache/data from the Facebook app in Settings>Apps, then open it again and log back in.

This happens both wifi and mobile data? Could be something wrong with that one video
