s21 u AOD screen is grey not completely black

I just noticed that my S21 U AOD screen doesn't get completely dark. Also The AOD screen is dim even with auto brightness off and set to highest brightness.

Has this always been the case, or has the colour and brightness changed recently? If it changed, were there any new updates or new apps you installed?

Yes just got updated to android 14. UI 6.0 But my s21 fe is on same but the AOD is completely black. So is my S23 Ultra. Its clearly noticeable in a dark room or at night. I would've ;ve remembered that back when I was using the s21 Ultra as my main device a year os so ago.

Nope, it just doesn't go completely black. I've never had this on any other phone with AOD. Again my s21 fe and s21 don't have this issue and both are on the same 6.0 one ui
