Samsung Galaxy Note switching on without pressing power button and other issues.

I've been facing three issues with my Samsung Note :

1) Pressing power button doesn't pull up its menu (Restart, shut down etc) ;

2) If I remove the battery and reinsert it, the phone starts on by itself ;

3) When I charge the phone in switched off mode it shows recharge indicator and doesn't turn on even after pressing power button but after I remove the charging cable it turns on automatically.

Please someone help.

All 3 problems lead to the same problem - a defective power switch. It has to be replaced.
