I'd say the Nexus 5 because it exists and also because it's probably, given the relationship of the Nexus 4 to the S4, etc, a better device.

With MWC being on monday with the announcement of the s5 etc..WAIT IT OUT!!!..Nexus 5 is a great option but the battery life kinda was the deal breaker for me and thats a no go in my book

I have the Nexus 5 and battery life is on par with almost every phone out there accept the G2 and Moto Maxx. It is a great phone and when the S5 comes out if you want it, sell your Nexus 5.
