Hi

Didn't know where to put this in the forums.

I think Samsung to keep their customer base loyalty should offer support for longer updates to its ONE UI skin to go alongside the 2 years of software updates and 3 years of security patches it already gives to most of its phones.

I'm talking along the lines of many Xiaomi phones and MIUI. Even though MIUI skin isn't the best and has it's own quibbles, Xiaomi offers 4 years of MIUI updates alongside the standard fare of Android software updates.

This only came to mind when I saw that Samsung acknowledged it is updating the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy s9 series to One UI 2.1 with most features when this was brought to their attention.

Coming from a Galaxy note 10 plus. I could see myself keeping this phone even though we have Android 11 as last major software update but have a potential few ONE UI updates come our way in the years ahead.

What you guys think.
