Not sure how it works with your ROM but in CM to enable "developer options" I go to settings-about phone and tap on the "Build Number" 7 times to enable it.

I know I read it before. Can't believe I forgot, ha. But unfortunately, it still doesnt disable the animations, even with animations disabled. Boo. Not a deal breaker though.

Have you downloaded newts most recent rom Jennifer? He just released version 3.0.4, everything appears to be working 100%
