I have an LG G4 with the latest system update, and I recently purchased a USB OTG dongle to load pictures directly from my nikon dslr to my phone. When I connect the camera to the phone, it first pops up the dialog asking me what app I want to use, but no matter which app I select the result is the same - it immediately gives me the error message "Unfortunately System UI has stopped" and then my phone seems to go through a refresh (it does not completely reboot) and kicks me back to the lock screen.
I've tried looking up how to fix this on google, but nearly all the results mention uninstalling the google app and that does not fix this for me. I've also tried deleting the system cache and several reboots. I can get pictures off of the camera just fine on my spouse's old Samsung Galaxy S3, so it's not an issue with the camera either.
