No, no lag. It's smooth and responsive. An octocore processor and 4GB of RAM will do that lol.

Really though, it's close to stock with incredibly powerful specs. You'll have to try pretty hard to get it to lag.

How quick is it to launch the camera?

Camera launches quick, plus it has the circle gesture to launch. Draw a circle on the screen when the screen is off and it launches the camera. The shutter is a little slower than the G4 though. But it does have manual controls as well.

I also own a OP2. Nothing to complain about. Build quality is great. I'm not using camera much. But the picture quality is worthy for the price. Lot of customization can be done. Not shipped with unwanted apps. Best choice compared to features and price.
