Unable to install Google Play Store on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Eddition

I recently purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 edition - SM-P601) with Kitkat 4.4.2.

I found that Google Play store is missing in application. Hence, I tried downloading 3-4 times Google play store from internet. I can even execute it also successfully. However, when I try to open the Google Play Store application, it doesn't open.

can someone help me?

Where did you buy it from? Certainly, it did not come from an American market. If that's the case, it may be the regional coding keeping you from installing it. Some countries have Google Play blocked.
