So One mini 4.4.2 still can't root?

It can but not with this specific toolkit! My HTC one mini toolkit is still in development.

Can you send me the topic, i want to root my HTC One 4.4.2. I flashed recovery, but when I go to Recovery > Install zip file from SDCard, i can't find the SuperUser.zip that i copy to my SDCard before. Many thanks!

Are you flashing superuser? Or SuperSU? Make sure you don't put it in any folders and what you're actually seeing in recovery is your SD card.

I put SU on sdcard but the recovery can't find it.

Try the unlock token.

Looks like its supposed to work but I don't get the disclaimer to pop up. It just stays on fastboot usb screen. Google play edition. S-on no root. I've tried fastboot oem unlock 100s of times as well. Nothing will unlock my boot loader! I've been trying all kinds of things over the past week and a half. Still can't get the bootloader unlocked. Anybody have suggestions?
