What does "used com.osp.app.signin" mean in google account activity?

So my husband's contacts recently disappeared from his phone so trying to help him since he's not very phone-savvy, i backed up his google contacts by managing his google account through my own phone since we have each other's accounts on our phones but when looking at his google activated, it shows "used com.osp.app.signin" and when I click on details it shows his phone. why?

Welcome to Android Central! It's a Samsung system app: https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/com-osp-app-signin.html. Apps can ping a person's Google account to refresh data many times during the day, even when not being actively used. It's nothing to worry about.
