What exactly has happened to my Dual Sim LG P698?

0. Jailbroken n unlocked my iphone before so i wanted to now mess with android LG P698 dual sim.
1. Rooted my phone to remove unwanted bloatware. Didn't backup
2. Removed LGHome.apk by mistake. Menu disappeared.
3. Thought i may have to install CWM before recovery (read somewhere that recovery with stock ROM was not possible). Tried to get CWM working.
4. gscript kept showing errors with CWM (basically the script didn't go as was mentioned) Something then made the phone reboot. Stuck on black screen with LG logo ever since.

Questions
--------------
1.How bad is the situation?
2.Can i simply undo the CWM thing now and get back to my rooted state with LGHome.apk still absent? If yes, how? Also how do I then get LGHome back?
3. Or is it that I have no option but to go back to factory settings? If yes, how? My phone is bricked. How do I recover using my PC? I read somewhere about "recovery using command prompt" but no steps were mentioned. I already have v10E_00.KDZ.

Please help. Step by step method will help a great deal.

So i see this is somewhat recent well since you already have the kdz all you need to do is flash it and here are the steps http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2085344 after that you should have everything the same way it was before good luck
