When I inserted my sd card into my device starts freezing when I out it works properly

One of the files are corrupt or can't be read by the phone.try formatting every thing. Into fat 32 and delete any unnecessary files with other extensions.

As a last resort format the SD card.
If this doesn't work there is a problem with the SD so you should swap it out

Before you format anything, plug the card into a Windows PC and read Using chkdsk to fix a corrupted SD card.

At absolute worst, use PhotoRec to recover everything on the SD card (except any apps you may have moved to it - which can be done, but is a bad idea) before formatting the card. Be prepared to wait a few days for PhotoRec to recover everything. It's thorough (it'll recover anything that can be recovered, but it takes time). You'll also lose file names (but not types - you'll get files like file0001.jpg or file002.mp4). Instructions are at PhotoRec Step By Step.
