When making a phone call no one can hear me or I can't hear them

I have a hieha car stereo 7023b.
I have been through all the settings thousands of times with no luck.
I've googled this issue and it says to change the ringtone but there's no option to do that on my stereo. I also cannot find a firmware update for this stereo. The only fix I've found is to disconnect my phone from the stereo and use it people can't hear me when I use Bluetooth either. I bought the stereo within hopes of using it for hands-free calling. Your help would be greatly appreciated in this matter.

Which phone you have?
You tried to delete and re-pair the radio and device

I have the Motorola edge by AT&t I've tried deleting and repairing the stereo several times. I'm thinking it's a firmware issue but can't find the firmware update for my stereo with the exact model that I provided.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't get my hopes up too high. This is the problem with no-name or off-brand Android head units -- poor quality control and little-to-no support. I'm guessing you've already tried to contact the manufacturer?
