Where is developer settings hiding on the LG Nexus 4?

Because the nexus is now more mainstream than it was, its still a developer reference device. But 75% of them won't be used that way.

The guy in the above video never showed where the Dev settings are. I read that I should enable ART in Dev settings to give my battery power alittle more lasting time. Anyone know if this is true and how to access Dev settings?

I guess I am missing something; I don't how the video could be any clearer. Do you think that what you are calling "Dev" is different than "Developer options"? Maybe you don't know what the "return to previous screen" arrow does? If so I guess you could do it the long way by enabling the Developer mode, then exiting settings, then going back into settings.....

Then select "Developer options" (In the "System" section).

Then you would choose "Select runtime" to switch to ART.
