Phone Runs out of Storage

I have a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit. It won't let me save apps to my SD card which means my apps take up a lot of space on my phone and it won't open my photos sometimes. It tells me that it's run out of memory. This is really frustrating and I was wondering if anyone came across a way to fix this or if there's anything I can do to make my phone save my apps to my SD card.

As it is right now I can only have like 3 installed apps.

I've heard of rooting it, but I don't know how to go about it. TIA

Welcome to Android Central! This is one of the major limitations of budget entry-level devices. The low amount of available internal storage severely restricts the number and size of apps you can install. There isn't much you can do, unless you root the phone and use an app like App2SD.
