Why have I stopped receiving emails on Android Outlook?

I've used Outlook for years, but suddenly yesterday, I stopped getting emails abruptly. I can send emails and they do arrive as they appear on the Gmail app, but not Outlook.
I've cleared cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook and done everything else I can find online but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! How about removing that Outlook account from the phone, then adding it back again?

Which device this happening? You going through another email app to access it or through its own app?

Same happened to me. I never get any new email from web. Must use app or outlook app.

I've received Outlook emails, but I'm using Samsung email app, not the Outlook app.

I just actually verified that both receiving emails and sending emails work well for my Outlook app for Android.
Btw, my mailbox is @outlook.com.
