Why I don't have a "supplementary services" option on my galaxy z flip 3 phone?

I have a galaxy z flip 3. To find out how to check if call waiting is on, the YouTube video says I need to go to the "supplementary services" option and it shows how to find it. It shows that it can be found in between "voicemail" and "other call settings". I don't have a "supp.serv. option on my phone in that location. Where else might it be or why don't I have this option? Does this mean I don't have and can't get "call waiting"?

That would be only place in settings of the phone app , which carrier you have ? Possible yours doesn't support it
