Why is my Note 3 constantly telling me check network connection and try again??!

[AC Question]

Everything was fine till today. I keep getting annoying pop ups saying 'check network connection and try again'. I didn't do anything differently ( I don't THINK I did ) or new to my phone except try out the Next 3D launcher that I ended up not using & went back to my 2D Next settings. After that is when it all started.

I can't figure what's causing this to happen, so, here I am. Please, anyone tell me how to make it stop?

P.s, I did check for software updates too. Turns out there were none.

I would try to restart the phone

Welcome.

It does sometimes happen. The first thing to try is a Power Off and Restart of the device.

Thank you very much for the suggestions. I am restarting now. It hasn't worked. Still the same pop up. (I did start this thread before I decided to register, didn't want to confuse anyone
