Why is my samsung galaxy s6 stuck on roam after i got back from vacation?

my galaxy s6 has been stuck on roaming for 3 days now. I cannot place/receive calls or texts but phone will do everything else...so far finding a solution has stumped 4 different tech specialists as well as the "so called" employees in the sprint store. any advice would be much appreciated as I have received no help from any sprint affiliates.
