why my phone is so laggy,i cant even do anything?

[Android Central Question]

For the past weeks my phone became so laggy suddenly.I tried deleting caches files first but nothing changed.then I did a factory reset.still no improvement. I can't even do anything.when I even typing is it takes 2 seconds lag every four words I press.moreover,I can't even use any games apps it just froze and goes not responding. Any ways anyone know for fixing or improving this.
