Why when my location is on, along with improved accuracy, is it saying that its not??

[Android Central Question]

Like for online casino apps that needs to know that I'm in the state of Pennsylvania and it is coming up and telling me that I need to turn my location on when it's already on. I have tried uninstalling and installing again the apps that are having the problem. I've tried turning on and off my location. I've tried resetting all of my apps permissions. I don't know what else to do. And now today when I went to order a coffee from Starbucks it was telling me that my location would help me improve my search for the closest store. I'm losing my mind please help!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Did you install these apps from the Play Store, or from somewhere else? Are you using a VPN?

A side suggestion. I often use FakeGPS from the Playstore when location is necessary to run an app.

Concerning your issue, are you near a cell tower in NY or PA?
