WiFi switching off

So recently I have been experiencing problems with my phone when I am on a WiFi connection. The WiFi on my phone will be working just fine, but all of a sudden it just shuts itself off. It happens all throughout the day, I have tried resetting my phone and it still does it. Has anyone else had this same issue with their edge+ or know any ways to fix this issue? It's very annoying having to keep on switching my WiFi back on all the time.

Try resetting your router if it only happens in your house. If not check your wi-fi settings. See if there set to automatically switch on there own. If your router is working or if not in settings take phone to provider.

Is it switching off or just disconnecting? I wrote a Tasker script that keeps it alive because mine keeps disconnecting.

I have a problem where my phone disconnects but when I open WiFi settings I can see it has usually 2 bars and it instantly reconnects. Also it shows my WiFi connection in the settings as being stronger than in notifications.
