Hi i'm newly rooted and am trying to catch up quickly. During my "research" i found this:
1. I read in this thread http://forums.androidcentral.com/th...e-remove-once-rooted-how-put-them-back-8.html that if you change the .Apk to .Bak on the "HtcLockScreen.apk" and reset, it'll give you a different un/lock screen. Does this work?
If so,
2. I read in the same thread http://forums.androidcentral.com/th...-remove-once-rooted-how-put-them-back-23.html that if you try to re-install "HtcLockScreen.apk" it might not work. Can it successfully be re-installed? If so, how?
I've debloated my Tbolt and i'm trying to take one more small step before trying custom ROMs.
