Do I need to bring back to Stock??

I dropped my fascinate it hit right smack dab in the corner now I have this spider
web style crack from lower right hand to the top of screen, whats keeping it togather
(i suspect is the screen protecter) The phone works fine, I have insurance purchased
it thru verizon well the insurance in not verizon, I made a claim new phone comes on 6-1-11
they want the old phone back, should i bring it back to stock or not?
I have odin, just dont want to if i do not need to, your advice is much appriciated.
I will be rooting my new phone and then leaving it alone cause the battery life is brutal.
Like to hear from you folks, oh on another note I cannot for some reason get on to android
central it shows a pop up of a screen telling me they have to abort and the screen goes
to lost connection, any thoughts there?

Yes, Do it so they dont turn it on and see its rooted and void your warranty or do anything bad Definetly bring it back to stock.

+1 to flashing back to stock and getting a replacement. I would flash back to DL09, at least. The phone is probably held together by the gorilla glass. I know it cracked but it's still very strong.
