When I first installed Google Voice on this Fascinate, with a new number, I could not verify my number from the phone. I tried this on two different Fascinates, mine and the salesman at the VZW store. I rebooted the phone, re-provisioned (*228) the phone, removed and reinstalled the app. If I try to add the new number the GV app would get to the point where it tries to send a text message to the phone but it failed every time. I got around this by adding the phone from google.com/voice but it was very annoying nonetheless not being able to add the phone# from inside the app. Anyone else tried to do this and had success?
