DL09 & Rooted... Now what?

Ive got the DL09 and Rooted it...
Installed Titanium back up and appbrain....

What is next?

My goal is simply a Fast fully functional Fascinate with tethering abilities.
With no bloatware.

Is that too much to ask for?
