[issue] Regarding multitouch in GNex

So... I have the LTE Galaxy Nexus rooted and unlocked.
Everything seems fine, however I have issue with multitouch.
If i run a game (such as heavy gunner and any sort of those games),
as I move with left side of the phone (they usually have joystick there)
the right side of the phone would go unresponsive. Here's the link which I found on youtube,
where he shows the issue with a multitouch testing app.

I have tested out the app myself, and got the same result.
To add on, if I reboot the phone, it would work flawlessly,
and after awhile it would display the issue again,
so I assume its not a hardware issue.

Anyone have the same issue, or even better, any solution?

Definitely have the exact same issue. It is quite annoying actually.

i'm having the same problem. i was playing dead space and it was working fine, but then after a while it started having problems so i downloaded the touch test app and it was showing a problem on the right side of the screen (the portion of the screen closest to the on-screen controls). hopefully someone has a solution for it...

It seems like it has already been addressed in another GN community in Korea - for GSM model of GNs. I hope someone in Samsung to be looking at this issue at this time.

I have the same problem as well, muffin knight is now unplayable!

Turn your screen off then back on. Quick fix until they fix the problem.

I just updated to 4.0.4 and can confirm that it fixes the issue. I tested the following games: Muffin Knight, Pew Pew, GTA III, and Heavy Gunner, all worked perfect. I also ran Multitouch Tester afterwards with no problems.
