So I decided to try out the mobile recovery app from VZW / Assurion to see how well it works.
I was able to make my phone beep and lock the screen with a pin code, very cool.
The problem is the locate phone option, if it does actually locate my phone, not only does it take forever but the location is way off. (1/2 mile or so). See attached pic.
Took 3 tries to find the phone.
This would really suck if I actually had to locate my phone!
Any ideas as to why it's so far off and / or any ideas on how to improve the accuracy?
I live in a pretty strong 4G area and the GPS is usally spot on.
