Is there a way I can set up my email so that when I delete it from my PC browser, it will delete it from my phone too????

Set up your mail account as imap instead of pop. That should do it.

Sorry I always assume everyone speaks nerd. When you set up you're email account you are given the option to pick IMAP or pop. Select IMAP and make sure you have the IMAP server addresses from your provider. Usually IMAP.domain.com instead of mail.domain.com but some are different.

Unfortunately not all email providers use imap. My roadrunner account doesn't, or at least it didn't.
What I did was set my roadrunner account to forward to Gmail and delete it from roadrunner.
Then I set my Gmail account to send email as roadrunner.
