GPS Terrible after root?

So I rooted my phone to get rid of the wifi thing. GPS went to hell. Takes forever to get a lock. So days go by but I need my GPS since I use Navigation everyday for work. I flashed back to completely stock with stock kernel file and my GPS sucks still. Anyone else experience this? When I first got my phone I would have full lock within 5 seconds absolute max, now its 1min+

Something strange has been going on with GPS for the last few days (see link below). It's affecting different phones whether they're rooted or not. I'm stock and my navigation went haywire Saturday afternoon. It's a little better now but not as good as it originally was out of the box. The link says to uncheck and check location services but that didn't really help me.
