Vehicle USB ipod port. A way to make android os emulate that?

Are there any apps out there that can emulate the ipod service on iphones? I have a 2012 Nissan GTR and just switched from iphone but now i cannot use my playlists didnt know if anyone developed a player app that can emulate that when connection the usb from phone to vehicle?

I have an 2011 Honda Accord that I used to have my iPHONE plugged in and worked fine. With the S3, like you it hasn't worked. My understanding is ICS and no mass storage mode does not play well with this.

I have not found anything emulates the iPHONE sync for vehicles, but you would think it would be a great feature.

I have tried with a Pioneer aftermarket DVD in-dash receiver and it hasn't worked either. It's one of the main reasons why I am reluctant to switch to android..

Does the car have bluetooth? I use that in my jeep and it works great.

Download Pioneer connect from the website and It will automatically connect when it senses the isb
