You could try to flash a stock image, although I'm not 100% sure that would work because some bootloaders won't let you "downgrade" even if the image is signed...?
Other than that only option would be to root and install an older ICS ROM.
If you're asking if there's a way to just simply un-install the update, then answer is no.
I guess the better question though is "Why???" I understand you may have a valid reason, although there's a good chance that there may be a much more practical solution than trying to downgrade your device.
